At Baptist Health Care, our combined emergency room (ER) and urgent care services offer a number of benefits when you are sick or injured. Our unique approach to care ensures you see emergency medicine staff, and our fair billing practice means you’ll pay the lowest possible cost for your care.

With emergency and urgent care services under the same roof, you can walk in either of our locations without an appointment. In Pensacola and Navarre, our ER is open 24/7, and urgent care is open 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. daily.

PAY FOR THE LEVEL OF CARE YOU RECEIVE

At Baptist Emergency Room & Urgent Care, you have access to the highest level of care you may need. If you only use urgent care services while that center is open, then you’ll only pay urgent care fees. We’ll explain your costs up front and answer any questions you have.

Your bill will list the care and resources you needed during your visit (emergency room vs. urgent care). These fair billing practices keep costs lower than those of other emergency departments for most patients.

We accept most health insurance plans, auto insurance, Medicare and Medicaid. Before your visit, please confirm with your insurance company to verify what services they cover under your plan.
